REFUND POLICY

If you sign up for a class you agree that you are taking that spot. If you choose to cancel 3 days prior to the class start date we will provide a refund.  If you want to drop the class after the start date a refund will not be available. We may be able to move you to a later class where space permits. 

VACCINATIONS  

Vaccines are required for your pet. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have the appropriate vaccinations administered to your dog to protect him/her from any disease potentially transmitted in a boarding, training, working or socializing situation. 

Please provide a copy of our dog's vaccination records. (This is easily obtained by contacting your vet and asking for an e-mail copy sent to either yourself or the Caring K9 Institute for our files.

WAIVER AND AGREEMENT

When taking classes/sessions you will be required to sign a waiver. This will acknowledge your acceptance of the following: I understand that participation in Caring K9 Institute’s Group Classes, private sessions, seminars and events are not without some risk, that despite all the dogs appearing healthy, and being handled with the greatest amount of care and foresight, dogs are not always predictable and the unexpected may occur.  I hereby assume any and all risks that would customarily and ordinarily occur by my participation in dog handling, dog movement or activities onsite, and consent to a release to the benefit of Caring K9 Institute in consideration for my acceptance and participation in the program. I hereby waive and release Caring K9 Institute and the Prince George Railway Museum, its employees, owners and agents of any and all claims while on the Railway Museum grounds or surrounding area thereto, and resulting from participation in Caring K9 Institutes classes including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, including my own. I further agree to pay veterinary / medical expenses incurred as a result of injury caused by my dog(s). I give Caring K9 Institute permission to seek veterinary care if necessary for my dog(s) at my expense, however, I will not hold Caring K9 Institute responsible if they fail to seek veterinary care.
