REFUND POLICY
By registering for a class, you are committing to that class spot.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class start date are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made after the class has started are not eligible for a refund.
- If you need to withdraw after the class begins, we may be able to transfer your registration to a future class if space is available.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Vaccinations are required for all dogs participating in Caring K9 Institute programs.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog has the appropriate vaccinations to help protect them and other dogs from diseases that may be transmitted in training, working, boarding, or social environments.
Please provide a copy of your dog's current vaccination records. You can easily obtain a copy by contacting your veterinarian and requesting that the records be emailed to you or directly to Caring K9 Institute for our files.
Puppies under the age of 5 months need a minimum of their first two sets of vaccinations
Puppies over the age of 6 months need a minimum of their first three sets of vaccinations.
WAIVER & AGREEMENT
Participation in Caring K9 Institute group classes, private training sessions, seminars, events, and other programs involves inherent risks. Although every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and controlled environment, dogs are animals and their behavior can be unpredictable.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dog handling, training activities, interactions with dogs and people, and participation at any training location. You agree to release and hold harmless Caring K9 Institute, its training locations, owners, employees, trainers and volunteers from claims arising from your participation, including injury, loss, or property damage resulting from the actions or behavior of any dog, including your own.
You are responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses resulting from an injury caused by your dog(s) and authorize Caring K9 Institute to seek veterinary care for your dog(s) if deemed necessary, with all resulting expenses being your responsibility. Caring K9 Institute is not responsible if veterinary care cannot be obtained or is not sought.
By enrolling, you agree that Caring K9 Institute’s training methods, lesson plans, materials, videos, and class content are proprietary and for personal use only. Enrollment is non-transferable, and no other person, handler, or dog may attend in your place without prior approval. Training content and materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, taught, or used for commercial or instructional purposes without written permission. Violation of these terms may result in termination of services without refund and, where applicable, further legal action.
A signed waiver is required before participating in Caring K9 Institute classes, sessions, seminars, or events.
